1. Deposit Policy

• Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for all cash pay services at Vagesty Women’s Center. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied towards the total cost of your service.

• Credit Card Requirement: All services, including those covered by insurance, require a valid credit card on file at the time of booking. This is to ensure that any fees, deposits, or outstanding balances can be processed efficiently.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. The $50 deposit is non-refundable, but it may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if the cancellation is made with sufficient notice.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, a new deposit may be required.

3. Refund Policy

• No Refunds on Services: All services provided by Vagesty Women’s Center are non-refundable. This applies to both cash pay and insurance-covered services.

• Discount for Unsatisfactory Service: If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days of the service date. We do not offer refunds, but we may provide a discount on your next service as a goodwill gesture.

• Reporting Issues: Any issues or concerns regarding your service must be reported to us within 7 days to be considered for a discount or any corrective measures.

4. Payment and Billing

• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash for payment. Insurance payments are subject to verification and processing based on your plan.

• Outstanding Balances: Any outstanding balances, including co-pays and deductibles for insurance-covered services, will be charged to the credit card on file.

5. Policy Updates

Vagesty Women’s Center reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website and will apply to all services booked after the update.
